Our goal is simple: to create a premium men’s denim collection, combining the comfort of a trouser and the look and feel of a jean. We’ve perfected both contemporary and classic styles in fits perfect for the modern man’s lifestyle. We are proud to offer denim for men of all shapes and sizes beyond the standard proportions. 

Charisma | Comfort Rise, Classic Fit A classic waist with a higher back rise for comfort. Trim thighs eliminate excess fabric. Offered in extended sizes (up to a 46” waist).

Courage | Mid-Rise, Straight Leg A mid-rise and a slightly tapered leg from the knee down, a great fit for the man seeking a contemporary straight leg.

Naples | Mid-Rise, Flat Front Straight Leg A modern flat-front chino with a comfort rise and classic straight-leg fit. This mid-rise trouser has a sleek fitted thigh with a straight cut from the knee down. 

Nevada | Mid-Rise Shorts A classic short in a refined silhouette, with a comfort rise and on-seam side pockets that fall just above the knee.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship free via UPS. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 10am EST will ship the same day, orders placed after 10am EST will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 2-7 business days in transit to arrive at your door.

What shipping options are available?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders and returns. Not fast enough? We offer expedited shipping quoted at checkout.

Ground: Free, 5 to 8 business days
2 Day: $20, 2 to 3 business days
Next Day: $35, 1 to 2 business days

Orders shipped via 2-Day and Next Day shipping options must be placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST, and on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

* For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we are only able to offer Ground shipping which takes 5-7 days. - $30

I live outside the United States. Can I still place an order? 

We do not ship outside the United States. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change an order you recently placed, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached by email at help@34Heritage.com.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

I forgot to use a promo code. Can it be applied retroactively?

Unfortunately we are not able to apply promo codes or make price adjustments if your order has shipped. We suggest using the code on a new order.

If your order has not shipped, you may contact us to cancel your order and place a new one with the code. To cancel an unshipped order, please contact Customer Service at help@34Heritage.com.


What is the return policy?

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund provided the following: 

  • The return is requested within 60 days of the date the order was placed.
  • The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached

We’ll process your refund when we receive your item(s) (please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request). If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. 

If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.

Shipping charges for 2nd Day and Next Day will only be refunded if your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped. 

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. 

eGift Cards are not refundable or transferrable. 

Do you allow exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, we suggest you place a new order and return the item(s) you have for a full refund.
